If you're interested in web-desdign and how to make a site more appealing to your target audience then you need to pick up the book by Steve Krug called "Dont Make Me Think". It was recomendded to me by one of my instructors for my site design. I liked the book because with every chapter I read, I was generating ideas for my site. It's really encouraging.
