I just received my bi-monthly How magazine in the mail just a couple of days ago which has one really good article about freelancing. In my Practices of Design class we have been discussing this issue and how to make your self sucessfull regardless of the obstacles. This articles gives you several pointers and basic guidelines to follow to "succeed as a 'soloprenue'". (pg. 84)
1.Use the available resources
2. Determin your worth
3.Tune into your own clock
4. Define a space
5. Fine tune over time
All of those topics were covered and discussed in depth in the article taking over page 84 and 85.
